Log into your account at > Next to Account there is a dropdown menu > Click > Personal Settings > Change Password


Can I pay yearly?

Yes, our annual subscription come with a bonus 2 months so you only pay for 10 months.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yep, we can accept a bank transfer of check for any annual pre-paid plans. Get in touch with us with your PO and billing details and we'll send you a invoice.

Will your prices change?

We're a SaaS product, and we've got lots to come on our roadmap to give you more bang for your buck. If our prices ever look like changing, you'll be the first to know.

Will I get charged on the free trial?

No. However you won't be able to import your own diagrams, Hava is loaded with demo data for you to use. To import your own diagrams you have to signup to one of our plans.
